Right of return and cancellation policy

Our cancellation policy is valid for 14 days. You can cancel the contract within this period without giving any reason. If your purchase was made more than 14 days ago, unfortunately we can no longer offer refunds or exchanges.

The cancellation period begins on the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, take possession of the goods.

Conditions for returning goods

To be accepted for return, the item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. Items that are no longer in their original condition, have been damaged or are missing parts that are not our fault can only be partially refunded or not refunded at all.

Exercising your right of cancellation

To exercise your right of cancellation, please inform us (nubas GbR, Marienhausgasse 2, 78462 Konstanz, Germany, e-mail: info@nubas.de) of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter or e-mail). You can use the attached cancellation form, but this is not mandatory.

Refunds

After we have received and checked your return, we will send you a confirmation by email and inform you about the approval or rejection of the refund. If your refund is approved, a credit will be applied to the original payment method within a few days.
Refunds are only available for regular priced items; unfortunately, discounted or sale items are not eligible for refund.

Exchange

Exchanges are only possible for defective or damaged items. If you would like to exchange an item for the same item, please contact us at the email address above.

Shipping costs and conditions for returns

You as the customer bear the costs for the return shipment. For returns of items worth over €75, we recommend using a shipping service with tracking or shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee the receipt of returns.
